Photo Journal: Loire Valley

A little piece of my heart has been left behind in Château du Vallagon. We spent four nights on our honeymoon imbued with serenity, the heady scent of warm lavender mixed with cool pine of the woods behind the château, sipping wine on the patio and pretending we were French nobility of the renaissance.

Hi! Love the photos! Is this a hotel or an attraction? The maze seems massive too. Can I share them on my social site, plannergraph.com? It is a site that travellers can share their photos, videos and blog posts and really hope you can join us too and share your experience with the other travellers!

    1. Hi! Thanks for your comment!
Chateau de Vallagon is a hotel (the top photo), but some of the other photos are from attractions – Chateau Villandry is famous for it’s gardens (last photos) and Chateau Chenonceau is a large Chateau spanning the river Cher.
